Our team are trained to identify early warning signs, including changes in behaviour, noticing a player chasing losses or signs of distress, ensuring they can step in and offer support when needed.
We teach and refresh our teams on how to approach sensitive conversations with care, provide responsible gambling advice, and highlight tools and support services.
All staff must complete mandatory refresher courses on gambling laws and regulations, ensuring they fully understand the legal framework and player protection measures. This helps them apply the rules with confidence and context, reinforcing safer gambling practices in every interaction.
