MERKUR BRANDS REAFFIRM HIGH STANDARDS IN SAFER GAMBLING

MERKUR Bingo and MERKUR Slots, part of leading gaming company, MERKUR UK, have once again successfully achieved Responsible Gaming Accreditation by the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4) for its operations, with an increase on previous scores.

G4 is an accreditation and certification body in the field of responsible gambling. It aims to raise worldwide industry standards for gambling operators and suppliers, with the highest standards in responsible gambling.

The audit took place in November 2023 and scores increased from 79% to 86.67 for MERKUR Slots and 79% to 87.85% for MERKUR Bingo since the last audit.

A MERKUR spokesperson said: “We aim for the highest standards to deliver a safe gambling entertainment experience for all our customers. Our staff are fully trained and always on hand to lend support if customers show signs of, or feel the need to, take a break.

“MERKUR brands continue to set new standards of player protection with the launch of 360 – a programme developed following close consultation with G4 to ensure the delivery of safer gambling across the entire UK low-stake gambling sector.”

“We are extremely pleased to have seen an increase in our latest responsible gambling audit which reinforces our continuous commitment to social responsibility,” added the MERKUR spokesperson.
