The Venue Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the venue. This is a wide-ranging role, which includes management of the team, their performance, and HR related issues, cost/revenue and budget control, marketing and promotion in venue, reporting and administration as well as building and maintaining high levels of customer service, all whilst ensuring that the venue is running in compliance with gaming legislation.
