Our Keyholders play an important role in not only providing excellent customer service, but also building and maintaining customer relationships, working with the Venue Manager to deliver promotions to the customer and ensuring that the venue operates within gaming legislation and within our company operating standards. Keyholders have additional responsibility to hold venue keys and take on additional responsibility when the Assistant Manager and Venue Manager are unavailable.
