Beacon Bingo gives away final Dominican Republic holiday
Beacon Bingo in
Margate gave away its final holiday to the Dominican Republic last weekend –
with Margate local Vicki Reeves being the last lucky player to shout house and
win her places on the plane.
Vicki, who has been a
regular player at the venue for a number of years, said: ‘Over the years I’ve
had a few wins at Beacon, but nothing comes close to winning an all-inclusive,
five star dream holiday. My partner, Jim
hasn’t been abroad in years, and neither of us have visited the Dominican
Republic before, so we’re counting down the days until we jet off.”
The all-inclusive luxury holiday to the Dominican Republic, which is worth an astonishing £5,000 per winner, is taking place in May. Each winner and their holiday companion will enjoy free flights and transfers to the all-inclusive hotel as well as some extra surprises to be revealed as they set off on the holiday of a lifetime.
Graeme Corner,
general manager of Beacon Bingo, said: “We’re thrilled for Vicki and Jim.
They’re both very well known and loved here at Beacon Bingo Margate, and if
anyone deserved to win the final holiday it was them.”
“All our winners have
to do is make sure they have a valid passport and turn up on the morning of
departure, everything else is taken care of. We’re fast becoming known as the
bingo club that gave its customers an all-inclusive holiday to the Dominican
Republic. This just shows, if you want the most exciting Bingo experience in Margate,
Beacon Bingo is the place to come!”
Some of the previous
five winners include Tina Crawley from Margate, who hasn’t been abroad in over
10 years but is thrilled to be going on this holiday as she has recently had
surgery to allow her to walk unaided, and Cathy Hussey and Neil
Powell who are both also
Margate locals, have been visiting the venue for a number of years and were
amongst the very first winners of the holiday draws.
