WHO WE ARE
MERKUR Casino UK is managed by Mark Schertle and Egemen Coskun and has been a part of the MERKUR Group (formerly the Gauselmann Group) since its acquisition in 2012. The MERKUR Group, founded in 1957, operates internationally, with a strong presence in Germany and numerous other countries including Spain, Serbia, Czech Republic, and the Netherlands.

MERKUR Slots, previously MERKUR Cashino is a new brand into the UK showcasing the latest digital “slot gaming” product in convenient high street locations. Designed to provide a modern casino feel on your doorstep with the added benefit of Bingo games. Payouts range from £5 to £500 with complimentary refreshments. We operate MERKUR Casino, our first traditional casino experience. Situated in the heart of Aberdeen, we boast a modern and sophisticated ambiance, a vast range of table and slot games plus regular live entertainment. As with all our brands, we prioritize exceptional service, responsible gaming, and a safe environment for all customers.
Originally called MERKUR Engineering and now called MERKUR Technical Support, this company was split, with part of it forming Praesepe Service (Operating as MERKUR Cashino Service) and the rest integrated into Regal Gaming who supply, service and distribute gaming machines to AGCs, Bingo clubs and pubs across the UK. MERKUR Technical Support is a dedicated machine technical support to the MERKUR Casino UK Group.
